form. Currently, we accept personal checks money orders for mail orders, and credit cards via Paypal
for online purchases only. At this point, we are not accepting telephone orders, but will be happy to
answer any questions regarding orders, special requests, or general inquiries via email at
info@hannabananadog.com. While we can, we would like to consider custom requests, so if you’re
looking for something in particular, let us know—we might be able to come up with it! No guarantees,
but it never hurt to ask, right?
Most items are made-to-order, so please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. If you need your item sooner
please be sure to let us know. Rush orders will be subject to an additional 15.0% charge.

workmanship. If you notice a problem with your purchase, please contact Hanna Banana. You may
return your purchase within 7 days to Hanna Banana in perfect, unworn condition, in original
packaging with tags attached. Hanna Banana will issue a site credit or replacement item. Return
shipping costs are non-refundable, and returns not due to manufacturer error will be subject to a
20% restocking fee.
